There was little doubt about who could top this list. Britney's the ultimate fusion of sweet and charming girl next door and alluring temptress. She may not have the octave range of Mariah, but she's got a fine repertoire of low breathy tones, growls, and moans. She gets a new look every few months and all of them are sexy in their own way. Will she mature and have the staying power and business sense of Madonna? Can the girl who insists she's a virgin, compare to the girl who was "Like a Virgin"? It seems impossible to live up to such a legacy, but you never know.
