| | You wouldn't have heard of this one, unless you were a car freak in the 80's, and didn't mind wasting time on bad movies. Conveniently, I qualified. John Carpenter didn't direct this one, but he wrote it, which is an eerie coincidence that I didn't realize until just now. Any Carpenter fans might want to check through his body of work to spot the other momentous beatings.
Tommy Lee Jones is hired by the FBI to steal something, and gets mixed up with car thief Linda Hamilton, and a prototype car. In the process, he takes an outlandish, almost slapstick stomping that is way, way too much for one human being to take. It's way too much for any group of humans to take, in fact. Let's just say that attempts to put a hole in a car door with his head don't succeed.

I left off about a hundred mobster movies, didn't I? I also got a couple of requests for Romper Stomper, which I didn't have time to watch before press time. What about Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee? What about Bruce Li? Anyone see Exit the Tiger, Enter the Dragon? What do you think? Tell us what was left off the list on the Rush Boards!
Again, thanks for all the emails. Next week's list is going to be Top 7 Gaming Platforms! Please Email me with your suggestions.
